Cewas Middle East is dedicated to promoting sustainable water management and innovative solutions for water-related challenges in the region. As part of the global Cewas network, we foster innovation and sustainability in the environmental sector through entrepreneurship. This is our third acceleration programme in Jordan, where we support entrepreneurs and organizations in developing sustainable business models that address water scarcity and quality issues.
Together with our partners, Cewas has worked with over 400 entrepreneurs, helping them scale their business models, grow their impact potential, and enhance their investment readiness. Through tailored training programms, capacity building, and technical assistance, we empower local businesses to enhance their impact and scalability. Our mission is to foster collaboration and innovation in the water sector, contributing to a more resilient and sustainable future for communities in the Middle East.

The Coca-Cola Foundation, the philanthropic arm of The Coca-Cola Company, was established in 1984. Since its inception, the foundation has provided over $1.5 billion in grants to support sustainable community initiatives worldwide, focusing on areas like water stewardship, women’s empowerment, recycling, and overall community well-being.

In 2022, the foundation invested $94.8 million in 301 organizations across the globe. Its strategies include promoting sustainable access to safe water, enhancing climate resilience, supporting circular economy efforts, empowering women, and contributing to the social and economic development of communities.
